Good grief I have discovered I really don't know how to use ms outlook actually I hate it right now. I usually just use outlook express. So, I can't seem to get back to that address it is going somewhere in outlook that i don't know how to get to. I hate it.
 
oh well I think i just have to get off this computer and stay off for days.

I got it Tina, just used outlook. Did get into some troublw when I tried to save it. So just saved your address.  I will post the reference though - have to get back to it for those who don't have acrobat but do have access to Midwifery (the jnl).
