Is there anyone who can help me contact someone from the NCT in the UK who might know how the interparlimentary committee into maternity services was set up.  I have looked on their web site and there is only contact details for snail mail and telephone. Dean is happy for me to dedicate more than my share of family time for birthing issues but will draw the line at international phone calls (bugger).
