I think too that if there are women who don't want a VBAC who are placed in that group... as soon as the going gets tough... they are going to request a C/S and of course their wishes should be respected.. so the outcomes will not be as good as the women who want to VBAC as they are so amazingly willing to work to achieve their goal.
