Please tell me what a measuring mat is.  I can only surmise it is a mat with measurements for stretching out a newborn to measure its length, but at the cost of $120.  I guess I must be wrong.  Puzzled, MM Anne wrote: "The measuring mat can be purchased through Medeleq.
