Thanks Maureen - I'm glad that I'm not the only one that has to BF, potty-train, dress kids etc whilst trying to sit on the loo myself. when do they ever leave you in the loo by yourself?? Until all three are at school ??

And I'm really dismayed by the public perception (still) of BF. I must have been so fortunate, I don't think I've had a single negative comment or disapproving look in the total of 2 yrs that I breastfed my three little ones. And my neices (who were all bottlefed) became VERY educated rather quickly.

Cheryl

Am I the only one who BF on the loo? Baby was fussy, roared like a bull if
taken off the boobie. I got desperate and ended up with him feeding and me
.........ing. This in 1986. I was BF in public in 1976, and got the same
mix of reactions. Nothing much has changed....Maureen
