Dear Calire
Each State publishes their own birth stats the only one that I know go on
the internet are the NSW ones and I am not sure how far back they go??
Go to NSW health and then reports and "Mothers & babies"
Otherwise get in touch with the Health Dept of each state or go to a uni
lbrar where there is school ofMIDWifery and do a search form there??

The NHMRC is about to release their (?) 3 year review again they have a web
site so do a search for NHMRC.
