I had a lady who hypnobirthed with me during the week. I was hugely impressed by the technique . Her composure and control were amazing and I took note of her face and hands and upper body being entirely relaxed ( in the bath) as one big contraction rolled on after another.
It was only in late 2nd stage that she started to lose her grip with it a little, but by that time all the hard work was done. She looked really spacy, like she was here , but not.
