Having known similar births thanks to the CMP and after the last few shifts in the best of the local system which does not promote informed consent or options!
 
I not only cried I decided I can no longer work in this system because in doing so I continue to support its maintainance and need to not pseak the truth in it to be able to stay in it and stay sane and friends with other in it!!
 
The system sets women, babies nad midwives up to fail and must be chaged opened up to allow more to succed and know why!!
