I too will be interested in any research re subsequent births. I have a woman who had a 4th degree tear and probems with a fissure for months. I know she will be terrified to have another baby and terrified of a C/S. there was quite a discussion on the list about a year ago (maybe?) but I didn't save it. Maybe it is in the archives? How do we access those? MM
