Oooooo ordered mine a couple of months ago and can't wait to receive it and also the CD. I'm so pleased they've released the last of HIS editions so it will be in his pure form. The revised ones lose something. He certainly was a man ahead of his time and we are so pleased he was. I hope his work is followed forever.   Diane Gardner
