Oh I totally agree, Kirsten!! And...it really made me angry when I was there...I was always finding Aus and Uk and NZ articles to show people and trumpeting midwifery here!! It has shocked me to find out we are equally one-eyed. We all agree about the Netherlands the USA acknowleges the big changes that have happened in Canada since 1988 but only acknowledge NZ if reminded, here it is the reverse for Canada.
