Dear Nicole,
I work at the Royal Women's Hospital in melb and we see a lot of women with drug problems. They are asked in clinic if they smoke/drink or take drugs and they are usually very honest about this. We have a special clinic that look after young Mums and another especially for women with drug problems. They are given extra support and are followed up more thoroughly too.
I hope she sees the light now she is pregnant.
