As someone said, with any pain it varies between people. I had a LSCS and needed no pain relief within 24 hours. Once I was out of bed, I refused all. Not because I had an issue with analgesia, but because I didn't need it. Pain relief was pushed so hard I finally gave up and took some to get them to stop hassling me - and I told them that was why I was taking it. They were happy with that!   Personally, I had more pain and longer recovery from 3rd degree tear in the VBAC than recoving from the c-s!   But every woman, and every c-s is different!   Kate 3.
