The Spinning Babes website has more information on moving less-then-optimal babies than I have ever seen anywhere else. Gentle Birth archives has a massive amount too along with explanations of using homeopathic pulsatilla. There are many avenues to explore, including, as I wrote earlier, bicycle shorts.
