There's a module in the Idera Point Admin Toolset called "Who Can Access What"
which does this nicely. Just select the site collection(s), enter the Windows
user and click Start.

The application is not free but you can request a free demo. I've been
reviewing it and found this component particularly useful. They also have a
backup/restore solution and resell through SQL Tools in Australia. [No I am not
affiliated :)]

Subject: Site Permission [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Hi,

I know of the stsadm command that will crawl an application and give you who
has permission to it, but is there a way to do it for an entire farm at once
without having to go through app by app? I basically need to see all the sites
that have Authenticated User access.

Thanks,
Fadi
