IMHO, Developers should be developing on the target environment and not a Client OS. At the moment I need to create a Server VHD for every developer. How do you guys manage this? I have found I can’t make a master image as SQL instances don’t like to be renamed which means I basically need to install SQL than install SharePoint and set it all up again and again.
