Subject: MOSS - Event Handler Registation [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

We have created a feature which programmatically installs event handlers to an
existing site collection. However we also want those event handlers to be
registered when new webs are created, thus have some kind of feature/site
template association going on.

How would be go about associating a second web scoped feature on the site
template which will be activated when the web is created and register the event
handlers?

This needs to be completed programmatically
