Hi Tim,

Thanks for your reply; however I wish to complete this task
programmatically. This is because the sites which these event handlers
will be registered to are already created and there is an administration
page to register or de-register these event handlers to any site
collection on the farm.

I can programmatically add the event handlers to existing webs and
lists, but when a new web or list is created within the site collection
the event handlers on registered. Normally this would be achieved
through feature/site template associated which is feature stapling as
you suggested.

Each of our sites uses different site templates and we want to future
proof this to the extent that we do not need to create a new feature for
each new site/site definition.

Subject: MOSS - Event Handler Registation [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

We have created a feature which programmatically installs event handlers
to an existing site collection. However we also want those event
handlers to be registered when new webs are created, thus have some kind
of feature/site template association going on.

How would be go about associating a second web scoped feature on the
site template which will be activated when the web is created and
register the event handlers?

This needs to be completed programmatically
