Hi Tuan,
When you make a copy of existing SPD workflow, it's using the same BaseID as specified in the .xoml.wfconfig.xml and treated as a newer version of the old workflow rather than a new workflow. A simple fix is to modify the BaseID and republish the workflow. Hope this helps. In order to do that, I clone the first WF to two copies and modifies to match the requirements.
