You can use U2U Caml Builder on the server and run a CAML query on the SharePoint List. This will allow you to do a query on which items in that list are the Content Type you wish to delete.

Nothing shows up. There are hundreds of files in there. I even went so far as to add Content Type as a mapped and searchable column and it's clean. Just a basic suggestion if you haven't tried already... - Is your view displaying all items (not filtering anything out?) - Turned on the CT as a list column?
