Hi Paul,
Thanks for that...unfortunately that User information list on displays Uses given access permissions in SharePoint. Currently I have our SharePoint setup so that it syncs all user profile information with Active Directory, then rather than create an access permission account I have added our "All Staff" AD security group as Home Members in SharePoint. Then it has all their info when searching for staff, gives them access when they login (using their own profile) but with access permissions controlled Org wide. Not sure if that is the correct way to do it...but that's how I have it setup. So unfortunately that user list won't work unless I specifically add all users as SharePoint users I guess? At first glance it looked like just the ticket for mass deleting unwanted groups from imported sites. But, alas, the checkbox column has no associated actions! Anyways, I did a little research on this and it appears that it's quite a good base for a company directory page. I realise you can search, but some people aren't smart enough to even do that :P. I want to have a page / site which will list all staff in the directory and also be able to maybe filter by site / department (this is all synced with Active Directory).
