Looks like WS 2008 R2 RC in place upgrade to WS 2008 R2 RTM is unsupported.

Recreate the web apps in target farm. Deploy any customisations. Detach and 
reattach the DBs from source farm.

Hi Guys,

We are moving our SharePoint server from a Win 2008 R2 RC server to a full 
blown Win 2008 R2 server.

I wanted to find out what was the easiest way to migrate the whole sharepoint 
site between these servers? It's MOSS 2007.
