I have used SWAT - SharePoint Work Acceleration Toolkit, the free edition has the capability to generate the SharePoint organization structure or hierarchy.

Hello all,
I have been requested by manager for a report of all Sites / Sub sites / which will include all their lists and document libraries etc on our current intranet.
Can anyone please inform me if there is a way or tool that can extract this information.
