Yes but it's limited to site collections where quotas are set and you need to
be a site collection admin (which isn't the usual case for My Sites).

In fact My Sites really suck in that regard but that's another story. :)

What would it take to create an application page that allowed you to select by
webapp and then view all site collections at a glance? Not much I'm guessing.
Drill down functionality would be an added bonus.

Anyone fancy a challenge?

Have you ever looked at the OOTB Storage Manager?? If you have quota's set you
can go to Site Settings -> Site Collection Administration (last column) ->
Storage Space allocation

Look at the attached picture for a sample. It lets you identify large
Documents/lists/Document libraries etc...

Just played with this new tool yesterday. Pretty nice and very pretty UI for
managers and the like. :)

You need to register for SUG and then request a licence key (4 month).

Subject: site/subsite/library/list report

Hello all,

I have been requested by manager for a report of all Sites / Sub sites / which
will include all their lists and document libraries etc on our current intranet.

Can anyone please inform me if there is a way or tool that can extract this
information.
