1.Consultant Name:This can be divided into two fields, First Name and Last
Name
(Name the Fields “Consultant First Name” & “Consultant
Last Name”.
It should be mandatory field.)
2.Timesheet period (Should be From and To and A column summing up total
automatically)
3.No of Hours
4.Attachment (All the submissions should be with attachments)
5.If no of hrs <40, justification as an attachment.
Validate and make attachment as mandatory
6.Status (Pending, Submitted, Verified and Audited)
7.Submit

6.Attachments :(If no of hrs <40,Validate justification as an attachment,
and make attachment as mandatory)
7.Status :(Pending, Submitted, Verified and Audited)
8.Submit :Buton to submit the form
