[~MatthewSharp], i agree that skipTrash and emptyTrash command seem overlapping 
as both work agains a path and opt-in/opt-out model makes sense.

I agree with [~cxorm] idea for the recovery procerss as well. We can reuse 
modification time as deletion timestamp for keys deleted and compare the same 
while recovering.
