Monthly or every 6 weeks sounds good. More often if there's something to talk about. If there's a lot of interest in the list about something we could just plan an ad-hoc Virtual Meeting. I think alternating Discussion with presentation it's a good idea. Next time we can try with a presentation first and then open discussion and we'll choose through this list. I'm sorry we exceeded the expected time. Some people have told me it was too long. Next time we will make sure to keep it at 1:30. If someone wants to stay, that could be an 'unofficial' part of the meeting. We've done it that way for OzVirtual ALT.NET <http://alt.net/> and I think it works well, few people usually stay, but there's still a good option.
