With the beta of Silverlight 4 having an updated network stack, is it possible
to do peer to peer networking at all?

I've heard there are advanced options like TCP.IP, ability to open up sockets,
and the loosening of the restrictions on requiring a client access policy .xml
file

I think it is like this:
Silverlight in 'sandbox' mode has no chance of connecting to another client as
it would require the policy access file, which a client wouldn't have.
Running the silverlight app in 'privledged' mode loosens this requirement and
might make it possible for peer to peer networking.

Is this a possibility, or just impossible with the current technololgy
