Hi, there is not any way to open a "server" listening in a silverlight
client. The sole thing you can do in SL4 is using UDP Multicast
to spread packets from a client to the other connected to the multicast
group.

Unfortunately this is limited only to intranet scenario because multicast
support is usually stopped by firewalls.
