I fall down when it comes to the WSS side of TFS. I mean, I hit the ground really hard. I am running one of the HyperV images from MS for TFS. I renamed one of the accounts to 'Steven' (because that's my name, not Darren, can MS fix this please? J ) I have created 5 projects with the TFSSetup account with no problems (other than those Martin helped me with over twitter). But my 'Steven' user cannot see the contents of 'Documents' and gets bounced for permissions when trying to hit the sites directly. So I added him to 'Site Collection Administrators', 'Administrator full access for the root site', and every other permission I could find. I then did the same in central administration - Site Collection Administrator, and added me to the Farm administrators. Still can't get documents for any project. Added me individually on one of the projects as 'full control', and bingo, I get documents access. So which permission is the grand daddy of all others, and will give me access to all current and future projects all in one foul swoop?
