Daniel, You might want to look at some of the extensions to MSBUILD.. There's a few on codeplex.. SDC Task Library, MSBuild Extension Pack, Sedodream MSBuild Project, MSBuild Deployment Task...
There's others around too, however I'm not sure if they do what you need.. But you could always write your own MSBuild task !! Grant.
