Hi Oscar, TFS does indeed support x64 across the board. There are some minor issues with build services on x64 in regards to code analysis, but work arounds exist for these issues.
In terms of SQL Server, thedetails from the team are as follows: "TFS 2008 SP1 and 2010 is supported on SQL 2008 R2" So good news all round! Cheers, Steve.
