There are some ideas that I'm trying to accomplish but I don't know how is the best way to access these parameters. - How can I remove one of the portals of each player in co-op? Maybe if I disable one action button (one of the mouse buttons) in a way that it can't receive any key binding, the effect may be similar. I have no clue how to do this either. Any ideas? - How can I change the destination of a portal? For example, a player enters one of his portals and comes out somewhere on the level, from his friend's portal etc. Thanks in advance. * *Guilherme *Al Anselmo *Portfolio:* *anselmo.gd | blog.anselmo.gd Game and Level Designer ------------------------------ Message: 2 Date: Tue, 24 Jul 2012 03:10:21 +0200 From: Henrik Andersson <he...@henke37.cjb.net> To: P2 Mapper List <p2mapper@list.valvesoftware.com> Subject: Re: [P2mapper] Questions about portals Message-ID: <500df5fd.9040...@henke37.cjb.net> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Al Anselmo skriver: > Hi, > > How can I change some properties/ effect of *portals*? You can manually place portals in hammer by using the appropriate entity and sending it the correct Input to spawn the portal. Portals belong to a portal pair, there are four pairs, one for single player, and one for each player in coop with the remaining one being unused. You can set the portal pair id in the relevant entities. However, the game is not designed to allow a player to shot a portal for the other player in coop. ------------------------------ _______________________________________________ P2mapper mailing list P2mapper@list.valvesoftware.com https://list.valvesoftware.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/p2mapper End of P2mapper Digest, Vol 14, Issue 3 ***************************************
