So the HTTP GET and the UDP DHT methods of reaching a tracker in
BitTorrent, as implemented in Azureus, BitComet etc do not use MS/PHE?
(The HTTP GET obviously can't use PSE). I am trying to find if DHT has
been reimplemented in TCP and uses PHE now - cause if it doesn't,
traffic shaping can still be pretty straightforward by blocking the
tracker connects (HTTP or DHT).

Am I missing something?

( I don't mean the post-DHT p2p connections. Those are surely
verifiably covered by MS/PSE. )
