From my understanding a " multicast enabled " network would be a
feasable solution for better network effiency.
But teredo tunneling only allow " udp unicast " tunneling <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teredo_tunneling

when it becomes to enable multicast on a remote node behind a NAT.
