Hello everybody,

Agily Networks is pleased to announce a first beta version of its platform
and file sync application. The platform includes a P2P IPv6 VPN complete with
sophisticated NAT-traversal engine and a bunch of higher level services like
reliable messaging and synchronous storages.
On top of that platform we have developed a p2p file synchronization service,
which is based on the distributed version control model (but this functionality
is not yet visible from the outside).
We run on Windows (XP SP2 and later, Vista 32 and 64), MacOS/X (Leopard)
and Linux (Linux distribution is not yet available for download).

The platform is open, and we plan to release SDK "really soon"(tm) along with
examples. The examples themselves are included in the binary distribution as
command line tools and are free to play with.

You can download a free beta binary distribution for Windows and MacOS/X
Leopard
on http://www.agily.com right off the front page.

Currently the binary distribution is supplied with OpenVPN TUN/TAP driver and
our platform uses native OS IPv6 stack, but 'driverless' implementation is also
planned.

Some information about the platform is available on http://www.agily.com and
right now we're working on the documentation.

To register an account in the system you need to run the supplied GUI and fill
up the initial dialog, using your email address as an ID. You will receive the
activation email immediately, but the account is usable without activation
for 72 hours.

The beta is not technically open, you have to supply an invitation code while
registering. This code is P2PHCKRZ and it allows for 1000 registrations. Feel
free to spread the word, we can easily bump up the number once we see that it's
running out.

If you're interested in the SDK or support for the operating system we're not
supporting currently, sign up for a beta at the front page http://www.agily.com
so that we'll record your email address and let us know what you're
interested in. We promise not to sell, distribute or spam your email address.

We would welcome any feedback regardless how harsh it is :-) You can register
at the site and leave comments there. Alas, the site lacks glamour and lovely
design as we're a team of hardcore network developers and we don't have a
webdesigner (yet).

Please note that data traffic is not encrypted in our beta releases.
Passwords and other security sensitive information is protected.
This is a beta product and it's not suitable for any production application.

Looking forward to serve p2p community and best wishes
Kirill Pertsev, CEO Agily Networks
Alexander Pevzner, CTO Agily Networks
