I think this is your problem. If you want to implement a foss+p2p version of
google docs just say so. You are talking in an abstract way which sounds as if
you have no idea what you want to do for yourself. Do not talk about how nice
it would be if all suddenly all "project management & collaboration" problems
where solved. Delete *everything* which does not describe what you are going
to do.
