Really? I don't know how you can achieve O(1) given you still have to
send an individual message to each of the N subscribers. It's
mathematically unlikely, to say the least...
Sorry, what I meant to say was O(1) bandwidth at the publisher.
Obviously the bandwidth at the subscribers is O(N).
