I looked at some other areas and the problem is the draft doesn't
clearly state fields that X509 certificates MUST contain or
misrepresents them case-wise.
For instance:
7. Certificate Store Usage
user name
Node-ID
12.5.1. Authorization
User name
Node-ID
Serial
There are several other references as well. Since this is a string
variable inside of an X509 certificate the names need to be case
normalized.
