Author not reply yet.
So - I found GPLv2 (main code), LGPL (qtx) and BSD (qkeysequencewidget)
license.
GPLv2+ appeared from "or (at your option) any later version" phrase.

My proposition is to declare all of 3 licenses in License tag
(https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:LicensingGuidelines#Multiple_Licensing_Scenarios)
