Thanks Igor for the comment. I've updated SPEC to use ExcludeArch instead of ExclusiveArch. Besides, there're also some other changes from tpm2-tss comments: updated Source0 url to match actual upstream package, add a script to rename tarball when needed, use %autosetup instead of %setup and add "-n" to specify the uncompressed folder name.
