cdio, dvdread, mad, mpg123 are all fine. It is worth noting to random people
who stumble across this that libdvdread does not natively support reading CSS
encrypted DVDs, but if libdvdcss is present, it can (we cannot include
libdvdcss in Fedora).

asfdemux, dvdlpcmdec, dvdsub, realmedia are not permissible.

Side Note: If someone in 2016+ really cares about realmedia, speak up. I can't
imagine there are that many people who care about that format.

xingmux is permissible.
