... I don't think we really want a package called "-ugly" in Fedora. If the
plugin _formerly_ was in category 2 but is cleared and is GPL, shouldn't it be
just moved to -good or -base? If it's in category 1, maybe something like
-non-lgpl (or -gpl, if that's what they all actually are), rather than "ugly"?
