Spec URL: https://sagitter.fedorapeople.org/seqan2.spec
SRPM URL:
https://sagitter.fedorapeople.org/seqan2-2.4.0-0.1.20180103git8a875d.fc27.src.rpm

- Pre-released as seqan-2.4.0
- Add gcc-c++ BR
- Remove unnecessary R files
- Unbundle font-awesome
- Apps/libraries licensing commented
