I've added BuildRequires for the grafana/vendor golang sources that are available in Fedora, and these sources are removed prior to building. For the remainder, I've added Provides: bundled(foo). There is no unbundling for rhel <= 7 or fedora < 28 - see the new spec. Have also bumped to 5.4.3-8 and rebuilt the copr repo.
