Doc should be in %_pkgdocdir (implicitly if you use "%doc ..." to install it). There's a /usr/lib/... which should probably be replaced by something like %python_sitelib though I'd have to check how to make that work across epel/fedora; at least the warning should be defeated with %_prefix/lib if necessary.
