This package depends on a not-yet-published update to rust-pyo3-build-config,
but a successful build is available in COPR:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/decathorpe/pyo3-0.16/build/5241030/
Note: This package is not for the latest version (v0.17.3) yet, but for the
latest version on the 0.16 branch. Since both versions will need to be packaged
either way, packaging v0.16 first, and then creating compat packages for v0.16
and updating to v0.17 is safer and easier.
