Weird. Where did you get this from? It might be a parsing error on the side of
fedora-review ...

Running this against my local build:

$ rpm -q --requires rust-pyo3-ffi+default-devel-0.16.6-1.fc38.noarch.rpm

Shows version-qualified dependency on the source subpackage:

crate(pyo3-ffi) = 0.16.6
