You could split it and put in a `docs` sub project. `svt-av1` is putting it in the `devel-docs` for some reason, but reading the contents it seems there are some config file documentation in there also - There are conflicting auto-generated `Provides: pkgconfig(SvtAv1Enc)` in `svt-av1-psy-devel`.
