We had initial contact with the owner of the 9+ years defunct "badfish" pip
namespace but they stopped responding and also tried to chase this down via
pypi admins: 
https://discuss.python.org/t/how-can-we-petition-for-removal-of-a-defunct-unmaintained-project-in-pypi/91836
 

We ended up just making a new pip project namespace:  pybadfish

So long as the links to our sources are accurate can we still use the "badfish"
package name for Fedora via %define name badfish via RPM spec?
